My item has sold out – what can I do?
We do our best to keep up with demand, but the last item may have been taken by someone purchasing it just before you did! Please bear with us, we will work hard to get these items back in stock.

How do I know you’ve received my order?
You’ll receive a confirmation email. In the rare event that you don’t within 10 days, please contact our customer service team via our contact us page and we’ll sort it out ASAP.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

Domestic delivery within Australia may take 4-7 business days
International shipping may take 15-25 business days

Can I track my current order online?
An email with an Australia Post tracking number will be sent to you, once your order has been dispatched. With that number you can track your order online. If you’ve got any questions, please contact us

Why was my order cancelled?
If this happens we will inform you immediately. Your order was most likely cancelled because the item you ordered is in high demand and suddenly became out of stock. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 - 48 hours and your card will be refunded. If your order contains additional items, these items will be shipped to you. Only the unavailable item(s) will be removed from your order.

Are Shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from THEDOGGOCLOTHINGCO., you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

The tracking number says it has been delivered. Why I haven't received anything?
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (either Australia post or DHL (for international orders) – depending on the shipping method selected) and address the issue directly with them. THEDOGGOCLOTHINGCO. does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
